Over the past 7 years, we have helped many hundreds of people get moving, get stronger and get fitter.

We offer a unique service – we provide AT HOME EXERCISE programs for you to do in the privacy of your own home or wherever you choose.

Its simple. You come in for a consultation in our private fitness studio, we review where you are at with regards to exercising and what you want to achieve and we give you an exercise program that is right for you and that you will enjoy. The program consists of functional exercises that be done in your own home in short (20minute) sessions with the minimum of equipment.

Every program is individual and can be progressed over time. The first program will give you guidance for 6-8 weeks – long enough to notice positive change. Then we get together again and update the program so you don’t get bored and you continue to get fitter and stronger.

Every exercise is demonstrated with you until you are confident in doing them and if you prefer you can always do a couple of PT sessions with us in our private studio until you are fully confident.

It’s like having your own personal trainer but without the expense!

What can you expect from your AT HOME exercise program?

You will get fitter and stronger. Your posture will improve. You may find resolution from painful joints. You will tone your muscles. Your bones, ligaments and tendons will get stronger. All these are proven outcomes from appropriately designed exercise programs.

Each program will consist of several strengthening exercises that will help you in your daily life. They can be done a few times a week or every day. It also gives guidance on appropriate cardiovascular activities that will improve your health and get you fitter.

If at any point you get stuck or forget how to do an exercise – we offer a free “check in” at any point in your program to get you back on track.

Known for our high level of expertise, we enjoy referrals from local Physiotherapists, GP’s and Osteopaths for pain and injury rehabilitation as well as general strength and fitness services.
